Worked with T-Mobile for over a year on the Product Design & Innovation team, focusing on wayfinding and payment journey initiatives for the account management portal. Wayfinding initiatives dealt with improving the general experience of how customers orient themselves and navigate within all of T-Mobile services. Payment’s initiatives dealt with the customers journey across viewing and paying their bills. This includes general activities like selecting payment methods, setting up AutoPay or other types of payment arrangements.
