Design Work Overview

Worked with T-Mobile for over a year on the Product Design & Innovation team, focusing on wayfinding and payment journey initiatives for the account management portal. Wayfinding initiatives dealt with improving the general experience of how customers orient themselves and navigate within all of T-Mobile services. Payment’s initiatives dealt with the customers journey across viewing and paying their bills. This includes general activities like selecting payment methods, setting up AutoPay or other types of payment arrangements. While at T-Mobile I collaborated with product, dev, and research teams to design app and web experiences for key features such as:

  • iOS & Android native redesign of payments features
  • Payment method and arrangement settings
  • AutoPay discounts
  • Profile & line management experience
  • Outage scenarios
  • SIM fraud protection & Caller ID settings
